How scheduling works
You self-schedule your own sessions. Once booked, you’ll get an email with a Google Meet link, plus automated reminders before each appointment.
Before your telehealth session
Be located in a state where I’m licensed, find a private space where you won’t be interrupted, and plan to stay stationary for the session. A stable connection helps.
Messages between sessions
Email and WhatsApp are for scheduling and brief clarifications — not therapeutic dialogue or urgent needs. Response times vary. Session content is reserved for our scheduled time.
